Simple Assorted Fritters Recipe

2 hard boiled eggs
8 lamb chops
8 scampi
Olive oil
3 cups of milk


Cook the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise. Peel the scampi leaving the tail to be able to grab them. Place oil, flour, salt and nutmeg. Brown everything and add milk gradually always stirring and cook for 20 minutes until it thickens.

Without removing the pan from the flame pass the chops, previously seasoned, and place them in an oiled dish to prevent sticking. Do the same with the eggs and scampi allowing them to cool. Then pass everything through whisked egg and breadcrumbs twice.

Fry in plenty of oil, at the beginning in strong flame and then softer for 2 or 3 minutes, turn them and repeat the operation. They can be made with cod, fish, etc. Serve with salad.
