Simple Bacon Stuffed Potatoes Recipe

4 potatoes
6 slices of bacon
1 chive
Grated cheese
Ground pepper


Wash the potatoes and roast them with the skin (in the microwave and wrapped in saran wrap turn out great!). Once they are roasted allow cooling.

Meanwhile fry the chive and bacon chopped small, adding the pepper. Once the potatoes are cold, cut them in half and empty them with a spoon. Mash them and mix with the previous preparation.

Stuff the potatoes and add cheese on top. Let it gratin for 5 or 6 minutes. You can pour tomato sauce of top when serving as a final touch.
