Simple Camping Salad Recipe




INGREDIENTS
3 potatoes
2 eggs
1 cans of tuna in oil
Lettuce
1 large tomato
1 chive
1 carrot
1/2 red pepper
Capers
Oil
Oregano
Pepper
Oregano
Vinegar
Salt
Black olives
Pickles

PREPARATION

Wash the potatoes and cook them with the skin. Cook the eggs as well. Once cold, peel and chop them. Mince the rest of the ingredients. Whip the oil, salt, vinegar, pepper and oregano with a whisk. Pour it on top.
Keep in the fridge until serving.
