Simple Chicken, Ham And Egg Croquettes Recipe




INGREDIENTS
2 chicken breasts
Ham
4 eggs
1/2 onion
Breadcrumbs
Flour
Oil
Pepper
Nutmeg
Salt
Milk

PREPARATION

Chop the chicken (already cooked); grate the onion and saute for a few minutes. Make a bechamel, add the chicken, pepper, salt and a little of nutmeg and once it is almost ready add the ham and chopped hard boiled eggs.

Remove and cool the dough. Form the croquettes and pass them through flour, egg and bread (if you want them crispier pass them through egg and bread twice) and fry in plenty of oil.
