Simple Dressed Potatoes Recipe




INGREDIENTS
2 or 3 eggs
6 or 7 potatoes
Lettuce
Anchovy stuffed olives
1 onion
2 tomatoes
1 roasted red pepper
2 cans of tuna in oil
Salt
Oil
Vinegar

PREPARATION

Cook the potatoes and eggs separately. Once the potatoes are tender, remove them from the heat and allow cooling. Chop all the ingredients and mix them in a bowl. Add the potatoes and eggs, chopped as well, once they are cold.

Add the drained cans of tuna, olives, vegetables, salt, a dash of oil and another of vinegar. Mix everything and keep in the fridge until serving.
