Simple Eggs With Anchovies Recipe




INGREDIENTS
1 or 2 eggs per person
1 can of anchovies
3 or 4 tbsp. of fried tomato
1 dash of liquid cream
Pepper
Nutmeg

PREPARATION

Cook the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise, separate the yolks and crush them with the anchovies, add the tomato, cream, pepper and nutmeg. Form dough to stuff the eggs.

Place them in a dish and you can cover with tomato or mayonnaise and garnish with peppers, olives, etc.
