Simple Eggs With Ham And Chicken Recipe

8 eggs
1 large chicken fillet
1 slice of ham
Fried tomato
1 chive


Cook the eggs in plenty of water and a dash of vinegar. Peel under a stream of cold water and reserve. Saute the minced chive and when it is ready, add the chicken and then the ham minced as well.

Once the eggs are cold, cut them in half and remove the yolk. Mix half of it with the fried and add 3 or 4 tbsp of tomato mixing everything.

Stuff the eggs with this mix and pass them through flour and egg and fry them in plenty of oil. You can serve them with baked potatoes and sprinkled with parsley. Mix the rest of the yolks with bechamel, mayonnaise and tomato sauce.
