Simple Ham And Vegetable Lasagna Recipe




INGREDIENTS
6 slices of ham (not too thin)
1 zucchini
1 eggplant
1 roasted red pepper
5 oz of mushrooms
2 ripe tomatoes
Slices of cheese
1 tbsp of sugar
Oil
Salt
Pepper
Oregano

PREPARATION

Chop the vegetables and slice the mushrooms. Fry everything slowly. Lastly add the tomato, season it and add the oregano (you can replace it with thyme) and sugar.

Place one slice of ham in an oven dish. Place a layer of vegetables, a layer of cheese, a layer of ham, a layer of vegetables and so forth, ending with the cheese. Place in the oven for a few minutes and serve hot.
