Simple Ham Stuffed Eggplants (microwave) Recipe




INGREDIENTS
4 eggplants
1 package of diced ham
1 chive
1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

PREPARATION

Cut the eggplants in half and empty them chopping the pulp. Place the eggplant pieces in a microwave dish along with the minced chive and a dash of oil. Once covered cook them for a few minutes until they are tender.

Add the ham and stuff the eggplants, placing the cheese on top and placing them in the microwave at full power until the cheese has melted.
