Simple Hot Salad Recipe

2 lbs of potatoes
4 eggs
1 can of asparagus
1 can of stuffed olives
Tuna in oil
1/2 a can of red pepper
1 clove of garlic
1 bay leaf
3 or 4 anchovies


Cook the peeled potatoes diced with salt and bay leaf while cooking the eggs separately. Place on a dish and garnish using your imagination. Cover it with a sauce made as following: whip the mayonnaise with the pepper, garlic and anchovies. Serve hot.
