Simple Microwave Croquettes Recipe

2 tbsp of flour
1 glass of milk
1 cube of broth (optional)

Melt the butter in a bowl for a few seconds. Add the flour and mix it. Heat the milk with the broth cube inside. If you don't have a cube, add salt and the flour gradually working on it to avoid forming lumps.

Add pepper, nutmeg and if you did not add the cube add a little of salt. Place it in the microwave for a minute and a half. Remove and stir with a fork.

Place it back in for another minute and a half and stir again. Add the main ingredient (tuna, ham, beef, etc) and place it again for another minute and a half.

Place the dough in a flat dish and let them cool. Then put it in the fridge for a few hours. You will get about 13 croquettes. If you need to make more, use twice as many ingredients but a little less than double the milk.
