Simple Mushrooms With Prawn And Ham Recipe

9 oz of mushrooms
3 garlic cloves
1 dry chili pepper
9 oz of prawns
1 package of diced ham
1 glass of white wine
2 eggs


Place the sliced garlic in a saucepan and add the chili pepper. Add the also sliced mushrooms and fry them until they are tender. Then add the prawn, ham and a glass of fine wine (if you don't have white wine), rectify the salt and whisk the eggs at the last minute and stir until they are cooked. Serve while hot.
