Simple Potatoes Au Gratin Recipe




INGREDIENTS
4 or 5 potatoes
Tomato sauce (better if it is homemade)
Bechamel sauce
Cheese

PREPARATION

Fry the potatoes as if making an omelet. Place them in an oven mold making a layer. Add the tomato on top, then the bechamel and end with the cheese. Leave in the oven until the cheese has melted.
