Simple Salmon And Cheese Puff Pastry Recipe




INGREDIENTS
Smoked salmon
A little of butter
1 package of cheese slices
1 package of puff pastry
1 egg

PREPARATION

First thaw the puff pastry (you will get two sheets per package). Oil a baking tray with a little of butter.

Then spread the salmon in the puff pastry and then the cheese, cover with the other sheet and press with a fork. Brush everything with whisked egg and place it in the oven for 20 minutes at 392° F (preheat the oven).

Remove from the oven and serve hot.
