Simple Special Chickpea Croquettes Recipe




INGREDIENTS
Chickpeas
Milk
1 chive
2 garlic cloves
2 tbsp of flour
Pepper
Cumin
Salt
Oil

PREPARATION

You can use chickpeas leftover from previous preparation. If you are starting from scratch, soak the chickpeas overnight or use a precooked can.

Poach the minced chive and garlic; meanwhile mash the chickpeas, vegetables and beef. Add the onion and garlic to the puree.

Make a bechamel in that oil and once it is ready add the puree, salt and spices. Cook for a while and place it in dish.

Place it in the fridge for a few hours at least. Form small croquettes, pass them through egg and bread and fry in plenty of oil. Serve with a salad.
