Simple Stuffed Avocados Recipe

2 avocados
7 oz of peeled prawns
Lemon juice
Olive oil
1 hardboiled egg
Minced parsley
Salt and pepper


Hard boil an egg and set it aside. On the side, cut the avocados in half and empty them with a spoon careful of not breaking the skin.

Use the mixer to process the avocado pulp along with lemon, salt and pepper.

Saute the prawn in a pan with a little of oil and once they are ready add to the avocado paste with a little of vinegar. Lastly, fill the avocados with this paste and garnish with the hardboiled egg white, minced parsley and grated yolk.
